Up for sale is an authentic vintage Mid-Century Modern lidded decorative bowl / candy dish produced in Tel Aviv, Israel by the famous Pal-Bell Company, designed under the direction of Maurice Ascalon (Moshe Klein). 

Cast in heavy solid brass with Pal-Bell's iconic factory-applied verdigris (green chemical oxidation) patina. The lid is crowned with a sculpted multi-petal flower blossom finial, framed by subtle concentric accent rings that expose the warm underlying brass.
