This is a beautiful mid-century Judaica wall hanging produced by the renowned Syracuse Ornamental Company (Syroco). The plaque depicts the two tablets of the Ten Commandments inscribed with Hebrew lettering, supported by two rampant Lions of Judah. The relief work is exceptionally detailed, mimicking the texture of deep wood carving.

May have originally been finished with a crown at the apex as this specific piece shows a clean break where a crown may have been attached. Despite this, the primary iconography of the lions and tablets remains intact and displays well. The back features the characteristic molded texture of SyrocoWood and likely had an original foil seal or impressed mark (though these sometimes wear off over time).
