This is a vintage mid-century modern studio ceramic mezuzah case believed to have been handcrafted in Israel. The front features an organic, textured relief design in deep chestnut and caramel brown glazes with delicate flecked details, topped with a painted gold Hebrew letter ש (Shin).

The reverse side reveals the unglazed red clay back with its central recessed scroll chamber, mounting holes at top and bottom, and an original hand-painted gold artist signature.
