This vintage Israeli Judaica Besamim (Havdalah spice box / incense container) features a cast brass pedestal body, a rich mazarine blue enamel dome cover and bowl, and a weighted stepped foot set with an intricate inlay ring of multi-colored stone mosaic tesserae.
The piece is designed in two sections: a lift-off conical lid topped with a turned finial, opening to an enclosed spice reservoir. The underside of the cast brass foot features a recessed center with bold embossed block lettering reading "MADE IN ISRAEL" around the central screw fitting. Crafted during the post-independence statehood era (circa 1950s–1970s), this miniature spice container displays fine metalwork, hand-set stone mosaic detail, and vibrant blue enamel finish.
