This antique wall-mounted oil lamp is a fantastic example of late Victorian-era functional lighting. The lamp features a Kosmos Brenner brass burner with its original thumbwheel. The font (reservoir) is integrated into a wall-hanging tin frame that features an original beveled glass mirror.

The frame retains much of its original "copper-wash" or coppered-tin finish, which has developed a rich, authentic patina over the last century. The beveled mirror is securely seated and shows charming age-related silvering loss (foxing), which confirms its antique status. It comes complete with a clear glass chimney. The backplate includes a pre-drilled hole for mounting.
