This exquisite piece of Early American Pressed Glass (EAPG) showcases the "Scroll with Acanthus" pattern, a signature design by the Jefferson Glass Company. The bowl features a vibrant green transparent body that terminates in a deep, milky-white opalescent ruffled rim. Two ornate scroll-shaped handles extend from the sides, and the exterior is decorated with embossed acanthus leaves and swirling scroll motifs. The opalescence is particularly strong on the ruffles and handles, giving it a luminous quality when lit.
