For the discerning collector of early American art glass, this is a premium, top-tier specimen of the "Ripple" pattern swung vase by the Imperial Glass Company (Bellaire, Ohio, circa 1910).
While the Ripple pattern is a classic of the era, the iridescence on this specific piece elevates it far above standard examples. It features an incredibly rich, deep Dark Marigold finish that radiates spectacular, fiery highlights of hot pink, electric violet, and true bright gold. The color gradient transitions intensely from the solid 16-point starburst base up through the deeply ribbed, undulating column to a masterfully hand-worked, asymmetric three-corner ruffled rim.
This piece has been kept in pristine, uncompromised estate condition, retaining its original historic surface and untouched antique patina.
