This antique silver Kiddush cup is an exceptional example of Hanau silver, produced by the well-regarded workshop of Adolf Friedländer. The body features a deeply hand-engraved rococo cartouche enclosing the Hebrew word "קידוש" (Kiddush). The interior is finished with an original gold vermeil wash, which was both a decorative choice and a practical one to prevent the silver from tainting the wine.
