Offering a rare and visually striking antique emerald green glass kerosene finger lamp. This piece features a unique pressed glass body with four distinct oval medallions. Two of the panels retain clear, high-contrast imagery: a detailed portrait of a Native American woman and a Pilgrim-style woman. The other two panels have softened over time but remain visible under direct light at an angle. All images show up much better under 365nm light as can be seen in the pictures.
The lamp is equipped with its original "White Flame" burner, a high-efficiency design famous for its bright output, manufactured in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The thumbwheel is marked "Scoville Mfg. Co. USA," a prolific brass manufacturer from Waterbury, Connecticut, known for high-quality lamp components.
