Authenticity Assessment

This piece is original Bradley & Hubbard manufacture, verified by distinct foundry markers:

1. Foundry Logo: The underside exhibits the genuine B&H circular emblem featuring the letters "B&H" surrounded by radial sunflower/floral motifs. The lettering is crisp, correctly proportioned, and integrated directly into the casting mold.

2. Model Number: The model number "2041" is deeply cast in clean serif numerals on the reverse underside lobe.

3. Casting Quality: The interior casting displays B&H’s characteristic smooth granular sand-cast texture on raw iron surfaces with cleanly dressed mold seams and recessed hollow feet. Modern reproductions lack this level of mold definition, sharp mark stamping, and precise threaded rod assembly.
