This fine Jewish ceremonial artwork is a handcrafted .925 sterling silver Etrog (Citron) container by world-renowned Israeli silversmith studio Hazorfim.
The oval container features heavy repoussé and chased floral rose motifs along the body set against a stippled or hand-punched background, grounded on four rose-engraved cast cabriole feet. The hinged cover is deeply embossed with matching rose clusters and framed by Hebrew letter inscriptions referencing the Sukkot blessing ("ולקחתם לכם פרי עץ הדר" / "And you shall take for yourselves the fruit of a splendid tree"). The interior is fully lined with a rich gilt vermeil finish to protect the silver metal from the citric natural acid of the etrog fruit during the holiday.
