Up for sale is a beautiful, what is believed to be authentic antique cast iron miniature figurine of an English Setter (often referred to as a Pointer) in a classic hunting pose. This piece features a wonderful, "three-point" stance with one front paw delicately raised and an alert, focused expression. The casting is crisp, showing the muscular definition and textured coat characteristic of high-quality Hubley metalwork from the early 20th century.

Origin: Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA.

Manufacturer: Hubley Manufacturing Company.

Age: Circa 1920s–1930s

Material: Heavy solid cast iron

Condition: Excellent antique condition with substantial original cold-painted finish. There is an honest, attractive "distressed" patina with minor paint loss and surface oxidation consistent with 100 years of age. The seam lines are tight and well-finished, confirming its authenticity over modern reproductions. No cracks, breaks, or repairs.
